1. Rental Qualification Criteria
Applicants must earn approximately 2½ to 3 times the monthly rent and provide acceptable landlord and credit references. Evictions are not accepted.
2. Application Process
All application fields must be completed accurately, including current contact information, to help ensure timely processing. Credit-related questions should be directed to the listing agent.
3. Required Documentation
After approval, applicants must provide a valid photo ID, Social Security card, and recent proof of income. Self-employed applicants must submit tax returns and a current bank statement.
